楊健，加拿大麥克馬斯特大學(xué)博士，國(guó)家高層次人才特聘專家，科技部創(chuàng)新人才推進(jìn)計(jì)劃重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)光電子晶體材料與器件創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，福建省第三批引進(jìn)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才團(tuán)隊(duì)帶頭人，第四批國(guó)務(wù)院僑辦重點(diǎn)華僑華人創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)帶頭人。
長(zhǎng)期從事激光工程、光纖光學(xué)和激光加工工程技術(shù)研究及產(chǎn)業(yè)化工作近30年。曾分別任職于國(guó)際知名特種光纖和光纖激光器制造商核心技術(shù)專家，創(chuàng)辦國(guó)內(nèi)知名光纖激光企業(yè)并擔(dān)任董事長(zhǎng)兼技術(shù)總監(jiān)，同時(shí)兼任擔(dān)任中國(guó)科學(xué)院研究員，承擔(dān)國(guó)家和省部級(jí)重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃多項(xiàng)。2020年創(chuàng)辦霍耳激光并擔(dān)任董事長(zhǎng)，致力于新型大功率藍(lán)光半導(dǎo)體有色金屬焊接技術(shù)，為解決新能源行業(yè)三電、熱管理和結(jié)構(gòu)釬焊提供了革新性的激光焊接工藝與裝備。Jian Yang, Ph.D. ，McMaster University，National high-level talents，National Innovation Team member in the Key Areas of the Ministry of Science and Technology, leader of Key overseas Chinese entrepreneurship teams under the State Council's Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.Dr. Yang has been engaged in research and commercialization in laser engineering, fiber optics, and laser processing engineering for over 30 years. Once served as a principle laser scientist of global leading company on special fiber and fiber laser, he piloted the whole process of early fiber laser production line; After 2012, as the founder a well-known Chinese fiber laser enterprise, he served as the chairman and technical director.
